About Laborius Panel Beaters
Laborius Panel Beaters and Tow-in service was found in 1988 by
Mr. Wynand D Bekker.
Our Ceo Mr. Wynand Bekker is a hands-on General Manager and is
mainly found on the Production floor.
All repairs are inspected daily by quality inspectors, this ensure that your
vehicle will be in showroom condition after being repaired.
We offer the following professional Services:
TOWING
Our Towing Fleet consists of four (4) Ford Tow Trucks and four (4)
Low Bed Trailers.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
We would like to accommodate our client’s individual needs and
therefore provide a five to six day work week with very flexible trading hours
Monday-Thursday    06:00 – 15:00
Friday 06:00 – 13:00
Saturday To be confirmed telephonically
OPERATING AND CONTROL
You can have peace of mind as we are updated on a daily basis with regards to
 your vehicle. To maintain production levels and staff performance, daily prep
 talks are held at 07:00. All vehicles in work in progress and customer requirements
   are discussed at this meeting, whilst personnel are given the opportunity
 to participate hence keeping the lines of communication open.
ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
For your convenience all our costing/accounting systems are fully computerized and
information required is available at the push of a button.
EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
All employees are of the highest standard and are protected by a service contract.
Each prospective employee is handed a contract before commencement of duty and
 must be properly read, understood and signed on reporting for duty.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
To keep employees at the highest standards they attend training sessions on a regular
basis. These training sessions are done by specialists in the respective fields.
STORE ROOMS
Parts Department
All parts are computer recorded for easy reference and control. Issues are done per
requisitions by the parts controller, recorded on the job card and signed for by the
 relative repair personnel. Storage racks and space are ample, whilst trained store
  persons ensure that parts are properly administrated. 
Paint and Consumables
Above mentioned are kept separate from parts due to the inflammable nature thereof.
Paint drawn from the stores for paint mixing laboratories are recorded and
computerized on stock inventory for control and allocation to relative motor vehicle.
WORKSHOP ORGANISATION/ADMINISTRATION
A Job card will be compiled, recorded and passed to production administrators who
 will ensure on time deliveries.
BEE STATUS
Laborius Panel Beaters is proud to announce that we are a level 2 contributor to BEE.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our in-house quality inspectors are to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
 Therefore each car is extensively inspected and tested before delivery. Being a
 member of SAMBRA all repairs must be of a high standard and customers are
therefore contacted to confirm their satisfaction. A week after repairs was completed.
 All complaints are reported and followed up until the maximum level of satisfaction
 had been attained.
GUARANTEE
All work are guaranteed:  Three (3) years on MECHANICAL
Lifetime on the PAINT WORK
The quality of workmanship is therefore closely monitored from managerial level.
To promote a high standard of quality the corporation awards its employees with an
 annual and weekly merit bonus.
